The client wanted a simpler way for the youth to interact with the brand. From the research done we found that the youth have no patience for many processes. They want to identify what they want, buy and go hence the Shake functionality on the Blaze app. Our challenge was to advertise this function and the offers in a way that it would be memorably and fun.
We wrote a jingle that not only said what the app would do but also showed how to use it. What else? How about having one of the hottest rappers at the time deliver the message?
